Hello,

I grew up with ADHD, dyslexia, and a neurodivergent brain. For as long as I can remember, building routines was never the hard part in theory—the hard part was actually remembering them, starting them, and doing them consistently.

Clio came from wanting something simpler.

Instead of another app that sends a notification you can swipe away, we wanted to connect your habits to the places where they actually happen. Put Clio by your toothbrush, on your desk, or across your bedroom. When it’s time to act, you physically get up, go there, and tap.

There’s good behavioral science behind the idea. Research suggests that habits become stronger when behaviors are repeated in consistent contexts and connected to reliable cues. Clio turns that principle into something tangible: a physical cue, a small action, repeated over time.

We’re building Clio for people like us—people who struggle with consistency, people whose brains work a little differently, and honestly, anyone who wants building better habits to feel simpler.

This is only the beginning. We hope you’ll build alongside us as we create technology that helps make doing the things you care about a little easier.

Best,
Clio Team
